During a game, the closer we get to the treasure, the more guards appear.
Have you ever noticed this? The closer you get in a game to the vault, the princess, or the reward, the harder it becomes. Why? Because the reward — the goal of the game — is very close.
The princess in Shrek was locked in a tower, and right before her stood a huge dragon breathing fire and spreading fear. Many princes didn’t make it past that point.
What is your dragon — the sign that you are almost where you wanted to be?
Sometimes when we face big problems, we feel like it’s pointless and we give up. But what if meeting the biggest obstacles is actually the sign that we are close to the treasure? What is the last thing you wanted to pursue in the past, but gave up on when difficulties appeared?
Maybe we need to reinterpret the meaning: The dragon isn’t there to stop you. It’s there because the treasure is very close.
Tell me what you think in the comments!
Love, 🩷
